Our Role:
The Hype Agency was tasked with providing top-tier brand ambassadors to act as the face of Red Bull during this high-profile event. Our team was responsible for:
Greeting and assisting VIP guests
Managing efficient check-ins at the Energy Station
Distributing personalized branded gifts
Providing attentive shuttle support and transportation assistance
Answering inquiries and ensuring seamless guest experiences

Unique Challenges: Due to credential deadlines, our team needed to be locked in six weeks prior to the event. This required our team to maintain consistent engagement and commitment from the team over an extended period, ensuring all staff remained prepared and enthusiastic for the big day.
