As we gear up for another thrilling Super Bowl, let’s take a moment to revisit one of last year’s most electrifying activations – the Pepsi Vault Super Bowl Experience in Las Vegas. This bold and buzzworthy installation on the Vegas strip was a testament to the power of innovative experiential marketing, and Hype was proud to be the staffing partner.
The Pepsi Vault wasn’t just another run-of-the-mill promotional event. It was a high-octane, adrenaline-pumping experience that captured the essence of Super Bowl excitement. The consumer journey was meticulously crafted to create maximum engagement and thrill. As the vault door swung open and internal lights flickered to life, participants knew the game was on. Our Hype Brand Ambassadors (BAs) were instrumental in guiding consumers through every step of this exhilarating experience.
Our EMCEE/HOST, a ball of energy and NFL trivia master, kept the crowd hyped and engaged, distributing small giveaways and testing football knowledge. At the WELCOME/ID station, our BAs warmly greeted consumers, verified ages, and offered refreshing mini can samples.
The IPAD station was where the real excitement began. Our tech-savvy BAs assisted attendees in receiving their unique 4-digit vault codes, building anticipation for what lay ahead. Our Brinks-style ‘guard’, adding an air of high-stakes security, stood watch as participants entered their codes.
Inside the vault, every fan had 30 heart-pounding seconds to capture content and enter their codes, their reactions immortalized by our live cam. The SECURITY GUARD BA ensured smooth operations and assisted with prizing, while our WINNER/EXIT BA was there to celebrate with winners and console those who didn’t strike gold this time around.
But the Pepsi Vault experience wasn’t just about winning. Our SAMPLING team kept the energy high, ensuring a constant flow of chilled samples from barrel coolers to thirsty participants.
What set this activation apart was the frequency of celebrations. Every 15 minutes, a new winner emerged, creating a constant buzz of excitement that drew more and more people to our space. It was a masterclass in maintaining engagement and creating a memorable brand experience.
