The Holman Group, a family-owned company, marked an incredible milestone with their 100-year anniversary. Their agency partner sought to create exceptional events across multiple U.S. cities, and Hype was proud to provide staffing solutions to bring this vision to life.

The Celebration Vision

The goal was to foster a warm, engaging atmosphere at each event, featuring:

    • Wristbands and drink tickets for seamless guest experiences
    • Entertaining activities like bingo and cornhole
    • Creative stations for kids, including t-shirt spray painting
    • Light refreshments to keep the energy high

    • Recruited local staff in each market to ensure community connection
    • Deployed teams of 8-16 staff members with a dedicated team lead per event
    • Conducted comprehensive training calls to align on event expectations
    • Assigned team leads to manage breaks and optimize guest interactions
    • Prepared brand ambassadors to verify ages, share event information, and address inquiries

For the grand finale, we provided over 50 staff members for a 12-hour shift, demonstrating our capacity to scale for large-scale events.

    • Supported an event serving over 4,700 attendees at the final celebration
    • Assisted in coordinating logistics for a special guest appearance by singer Carrie Underwood
