Our staffing partnership has brought the magic of Club Magenta to festivals like Stagecoach, Watershed, Lollapalooza, Electric Zoo, and Austin City Limits, creating a premiere viewing area that’s become a festival favorite.

These rockstars of the event world are handpicked for their ability to thrive in the intense festival environment. With experience in high-profile activations and a knack for staying energized through long, demanding hours, our team ensures that Club Magenta remains a vibrant hub throughout the events.

Each festival brings its own unique flavor to Club Magenta:

Lollapalooza in Chicago saw our team of 10 (1 lead and 9 brand ambassadors) engaging guests with Lolla Trivia Nights, managing photo ops, and keeping devices charged. The food and beverage area became a popular spot for festival-goers to refuel and relax.

At Electric Zoo in NYC, our equally robust team added a personal touch with custom Kandi bracelets, perfect for the EDM crowd. They also facilitated surveys and an exclusive one-hour artist meet and greet, creating unforgettable moments for T-Mobile customers.

Austin City Limits took things up with a larger team of 12. Here, Club Magenta featured a bar with specialty food, private bathrooms (a true festival luxury!), and fun additions like lawn games and a misting station to beat the Texas heat. The customizable phone cases were a hit, and lucky guests even got side-stage access for an up-close music experience.

Across all events, our staff expertly managed charging stations, photo ops, and various VIP experiences, ensuring that T-Mobile customers felt truly valued. Their ability to maintain high energy and deliver exceptional service, even in challenging conditions, has been key to the success of these activations.
