The new normal of experiential events

As the country reopens and we begin to get into what will be “the new normal,” our Experiential Activation Team has adopted new safety and sanitization protocols along with implementing health practices on-site to ensure a safe return to experiential events and activations.

While transitioning through the many phases of the pandemic, we are here to help you navigate these unchartered waters. If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us!

General safety protocols and what to consider

While every state has different guidelines and every event is unique, here are some guidelines we’ve put in place to ensure a safe and healthy experience for teams, brands and guests.

  • Review state and county guidelines on gathering and social distancing
  • Consider venue size and amount of expected event attendees
  • Confirm whether a one-way traffic pattern can be established if needed for social distancing
  • Appoint additional event staff or client management for on-site crowd management and social distance enforcement, as required

Cost considerations

  • Assess the potential risks involved with the activation
  • Supply event as needed with face masks, gloves, shields, sanitizer, cleaning supplies, line management markings, etc.

For your valued clients, we are here to be a trusted source on the ground.
