the new normal of experiential events

As the country re-opens and we begin to get into what will be “the new normal”, our Experiential Activation Team has been tracking local and state guidelines, cancellations and rescheduled dates of major events, and learning how to adjust and adapt to what events will look like as they start to come back to life. Our Team has adopted new safety and sanitization protocols along with implementing health practices on-site to ensure a safe return to experiential events and activations.

 

While transitioning through the many phases of COVID-19 there will be some challenges, but as a full-service partner, we are here to help you navigate these unchartered waters. We truly value our clients and our staff, and we know this is only a glimpse of what is to come but if you have any questions or want to explore further options, don’t hesitate to contact us!

 

 

planning considerations

  • State Guidelines/Restrictions to be reviewed based on each market requested
  • Each state and county will have different rules regarding gathering and social distancing
  • Venue size, amount of expected event attendees
  • Confirmation of whether a one-way traffic pattern can be established, if needed for social distancing
  • Event Staff will undergo on-site temperature checks daily*
  • Appoint additional event staff or client management for on-site crowd management and social distance enforcement, as required

cost considerations

  • Assess the potential risks involved with the activation
  • Safety & sanitation supplies needed: face masks, gloves, shields, sanitizer, cleaning supplies, line management markings, etc.
  • *Additional time for staff screening & temperature checks will be paid to staff
