This year, Employee Appreciation Day lands on March 3rd, and though we make a conscious effort at Hype to show our appreciation for each other every day, it’s nice to have a little reminder today to thank all our employees!  From our teams in the office to our talent in the field, we want to send out a big THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!

As Forbes contributor, Mark C. Perna wrote, “Employee appreciation is not a holiday. It’s a culture.”  At Hype, we share our appreciation through “shoutouts” to team members regularly and value each other’s contributions to the organization. As the saying goes, “teamwork makes the dream work” and that is certainly an ingredient for success here!

Now go and thank someone on your team today!! A simple compliment can go a long way in making someone feel appreciated!
