Hype recently partnered with Rally Health, a developer of online and mobile tools that provide people with the resources, information and communities they need to make better decisions about their health, to staff and execute their New York City event with Kevin Hart to encourage people to make health a priority! The goal of the NYC event was to show people that fun, simple changes to their lifestyles can have a big impact on their wellbeing.
For this event, Hype was tasked with staffing over 100 Brand Ambassadors who were energetic, outgoing, and passionate about health and fitness. Our Brand Ambassadors were responsible for registration, line management, helping with activities including a kids zone, keeping attendees hydrated via jetpacks, distributing rewards, and more!
We screened and interviewed almost 200 candidates, and continued staffing up to the night before the event to ensure we had the best group of individuals for this event! We had several training calls leading up to the event to help staff prepare for the biggest Rally HealthFest yet! Hype also implemented a team of Team Leads to help manage staff on the ground and rotate positions to ensure we had all hands on deck wherever help was needed most.
