My fifth week at Hype was a success! I was able to send work on a promo post for the upcoming summer retainment contest Hype is doing with one of our college programs for the confirmed college ambassadors. The contest is super cool, and they have a chance to win awesome branded bathing suits. It’s exciting to see the program come together!

I had a chance to learn more about what a staff deck is (how Hype presents talent to its client) and be a part of assembling one! Since not everybody is confirmed yet, it’s not complete, but I was able to get a start on the team members we currently have. I reached out to confirmed BA’s for headshots, bios, and to collect their IG handles (for the contest). I’m excited to see what creative content they come up with. I am also currently working on a program spotlight for an event Hype did with Autograph back in June in Vegas, which is so fun because I love Tom Brady (naturally).

I’m looking forward to the contest next week and finishing up the staff deck as more people are confirmed for the college program this fall!
