Florida Blue activated at 6 different Sergio’s locations and 8 different Sedano’s locations in Miami during Florida’s open enrollment period. Staff were paired up with select local agencies to engage with consumers. The main goal in mind: driving them to sit down with an agent to hear more about Florida Blue and sign-up for an FLB plan. The BlueMobile (food truck) and Nurse/Wellness Station was present creating a lasting impression with consumers.
Hype’s Brand Ambassadors assisted in enhancing these activations by drawing shoppers to the food truck or the nurse/wellness station. Hype’s staff were fully Spanish-speaking bilingual to be able to properly communicate with the key demographic of the Miami-Dade community
