Hype is 100% W2 compliant. We hire all our talent as W2 variable employees, rather than 1099 contractors. We meet all worker’s compensation, liability insurance and compliance regulations.

  • Among the many benefits of having all personnel as W2 employees is security. In the event staffing world, there is a greater and greater push towards the W2 variable hour employees model vs. the 1099 contractor approach.
