2023 Year in Review

          As we near the end of 2023 and look forward to 2024, it’s important to appreciate the various successes of the Hype team, our fantastic clients, and dedicated staff. We’ve achieved a lot, from building a positive office environment to actively engaging with clients and maintaining strong relationships among staff. We’re thankful for the opportunity to have had such a wonderful and successful year in every aspect!

      Beginning with our team at Hype, it’s crucial to recognize the commitment to our core values that consistently shine both within and outside the office walls. The principles of prioritizing fun to create loyalty, embracing respect, upholding accountability, advocating for working smarter not than harder, and radiating passion and collaboration are not only words but the driving force that defines the nature of our company. We express deep gratitude for the incredible and devoted team working behind the scenes, entering the office each day with a readiness to tackle challenges head-on.

      Hats off to our exceptional clients, our field staff and the committed Hype team whose efforts drove this year’s events to success. We’ve accomplished a significant achievement with 5,367 ambassadors contributing a remarkable total of 76,561 hours. In addition, we have supported over 250 experiential campaigns spanning 43 states and including more than 500 cities across the United States. This year has been both busy and successful, thanks to the dedication of everyone involved! From Brand Ambassadors to Team Leads, Field Managers to Promotional Models, Product Specialist, Product Samplers, Mascots and everything in between- we did what we do best this year- staffing and execution!
