HYPE is HIRING: Account Coordinator

The HYPE Agency is a fast-growing event staffing agency with two offices in Salem, NH and Los Angeles, CA. We work with clients nationwide to promote exciting new products and services to their target audiences …. AND WE HAVE FUN DOING IT!

We are looking to grow our team and hire an Account Coordinator for the Salem, NH office. You will be working on a team with Account Managers and Supervisors helping with current/active programs and help with daily administrative duties.

You must be detail oriented, energetic, and be able to multitask! We are looking for someone with a flexible demeanor, who is able to take on a variety of jobs, and has an interest in working in the MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL industry.

General Office Duties:
*Basic Phone coverage and directing calls
*Maintaining and updating files and database
*Filing and organization of office
*Create PowerPoint presentations
*General administrative office duties

Job Requirements:
*Bachelors degree in Marketing, communication, or related field
*Great organizational skills and interpersonal skills
*Effective decision-making and problem solving skills
*Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
*Previous office or internship experience a plus
*MUST be a team-player

This is a full-time position looking to fill immediately. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
