If you have been working with us for a while or are newly entered into our talent database, it is important for you to become familiar with the HYPE Talent Management System (TMS). A term you will hear a lot around here is “Dashboard”; as in “Check Your Dashboard”- the Hype Talent Dashboard is the communication center for our internal booking team and our talent across the country. Once you are signed up with us online, it is important to monitor your dashboard for new events and updates. When an event is offered to you, you will see if appear on your dashboard and you will have the choice to make yourself available or unavailable for the event.
We are always working to create the best dashboard experience for our talent. We recently added some great new features that will help our TALENT shine and help HYPE find the best possible fit for each event.
Please be sure your profile is current and detailed. The more information we have the more likely you will be offered events in your area!
Update: Certifications
Got a fancy certificate to show us?
On the new dashboard, you will be able to include any certifications you have that might be helpful in the field. This includes: Any past driving experience with Trucks, Active DOT Certification and Health Card, Valid TIPS Certification, and Valid SafeServ!
Be sure all of this is up to date on your profile since we will now be able to search for people with these specific certifications.
