Pop superstar Ariana Grande embarked on a nationwide “Sweetener” Tour, with T-Mobile coming onboard as the official sponsor. To make their ideas come to life, T-Mobile turned to The Hype! Agency for their staffing needs. Activations varied at each tour stop but ranged from 1-3 staffed events per market: a street team at a local retail store, a glam-station with hair and makeup artists, at the concert, and a welcome team to hand out LED light-up rings at the concert entrance and to pit ticket holders.
Hype provided staff at each of the 32 tour stops across the country, with each team consisting of at least 1 Team Lead and 4 brand ambassadors, ideally between the ages of 18-30 to match the age-range at each concert. At the end of the tour, over 28,000 rings were handed out and over 2,000 concert attendees were glammed up for their night!
