Walmart WWE Fan Experience

Program Overview

WWE partnered with Walmart to bring WWE fans a series of sidewalk photo opportunities. The photo opportunities featured cutouts of WWE wrestlers and took place at various Texas Walmart locations.  The partnership also presented a weekend long WWE Ringside program where WWE fans had the chance to interact with WWE memorabilia, take photos with WWE wrestlers, and participate in a 2k gaming experience.

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities

Ringside Program:

With a team of 13 Brand Ambassadors, a Market Manager and 11 booths to run, the team was able to execute the event seamlessly. Each person played an important role and used their prior experience with the brand and similar activations to make this event unforgettable for attendees.

Ringside Program:

Fort Worth Walmart Parking lot – 11 booths strategically place within an 80 x 100’ footprint
