Her passion for her work is apparent to all who meet her and evident in the results she produces for her clients. In true superwoman fashion, she somehow finds time to climb mountains, backcountry ski, capture bad guys, and go on adventures with her two boys. Dayna has over 20 years of experience and she enjoys sharing her knowledge with others.

Specializing in guerrilla campaigns, experiential marketing, event-based marketing, street teams, and buzz marketing, Dayna has refined her skills to perfection. Having seamlessly operated on both the marketing strategy and field execution fronts, she keenly observed a substantial gap between campaign architects and the individuals tasked with their implementation. Motivated by this disconnect, Dayna envisioned and brought to life The Hype Agency, an entity designed to effortlessly bridge the divide between campaign conception and execution. Drawing inspiration from her rich experiences in the event marketing field, she established an agency poised to shatter stereotypes and consistently deliver unparalleled service.. She is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire where she earned a bachelor’s degree in communications and business administration.

Stephanie is a driving force behind The Hype Agency, embodying the ultimate “hustler” mentality. A passionate country music lover and beauty enthusiast, this dynamic mom of two brings a creative spark to every challenge she faces. As an avid social media strategist, you’ll find her fine-tuning and amplifying Hype!’s online presence to keep the excitement alive. As VP of Strategy & Operations, Stephanie is dedicated to cultivating innovative marketing strategies and spearheading new business initiatives. Her relentless drive and passion make her a catalyst for success in any project she undertakes. Known for her commitment to results, Stephanie is the go-to person in the office for making things happen!

Stephanie is a graduate from Johnson & Wales University and the type of girl you want on your side. She may be shy, but she’s fierce. Her favorite part of the wild world of “experiential” is seeing all of the hard work and behind-the-scenes madness come together to create an incredible end result. Stephanie’s motto is “the littlest act of kindness you do can change the world.” She is all about living a great life and helping others live their best life, too. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering, traveling and exploring new places. Fittingly, one of her most coveted items is her Southwest rewards card!

Be nice to Ashley; she writes your checks. The good news is, it’s easy to be nice to her. She’s super easygoing and lives by her motto, “Life is better when you’re laughing.” Lucky for us, she’s also extremely detail-oriented and has a real team player mentality. One of her greatest accomplishments to date has been making a career change and joining the Hype team! Outside of work, she’s happiest when her toes are in the sand.

Casey is a natural-born caregiver starting with helping give her sick grandmother insulin shots when she was barely old enough to read, then working at a rehab facility to put herself through nursing school. She found her work incredibly rewarding, but when her second child was born she was ready for a change. She found her new home — and second career — here at Hype caring for our whole team and clients. (Nurses are known for their attention to detail and grace under pressure!) Her compassion is a daily gift. She is the one talking to a nervous new brand ambassador through their first event, encouraging a team member, and always helping people be their best.

When your slogan for life is, “well behaved women seldom make history” then you know this girl is out to make a splash! Raina is vibrant, energetic, and exudes positivity. She fell in love with marketing because she loves that marketing spreads content to consumers that may not be aware it exists. She also loves that promotions are fun for people to participate in because she is all about finding small ways to keep positively impacting someone’s day. Raina is the older sister to two younger brothers and just as a protector in her personal life, she will take good care of your event and shows compassion towards all our brand ambassadors. Any client is lucky to have her on their program because she leads with empathy, love, and understanding!

Jillian is here for a challenge and she believes in going for it in all aspects of her life. She lives by the motto, “better an ‘oops’, than a ‘what if'”. After all, that is what experiential marketing is all about, we work with our clients to push the envelope to evoke emotion. That’s actually one of the things she loves most about her job, the psychology behind marketing. How it makes people feel and how they can connect with a brand through engagement. Jillian knows that having the right people on the front lines at events can bring it all together. Now Jillian isn’t all work, she loves to play too! She is obsessed with working out, Harry Styles, and if you want to make her laugh toss on an episode of Schitts Creek and have your dog do something funny.

Erynn is a passionate individual whose life revolves around family, fun, and furry friends. Heroes, in Erynn’s eyes, are the incredible moms who navigate the complexities of parenthood with grace and resilience. Fueling Erynn’s zest for life is an enchanting obsession with all things Disney, earning the delightful title of a devoted “Disney Adult.” Annual pilgrimages to Disney World with her husband are a cherished tradition, where the magic of the parks feels like a second home. Beyond the realm of fairy tales, Erynn embarked on the extraordinary journey of motherhood last June, welcoming their son Luka into the world. Yet, even before baby Luka, Erynn and her husband found joy in their first “fur baby,” Luna, a 6-year-old rescued pittie.

Melanie brings a refreshing passion for travel, fitness, and a love for learning.

Melanie’s motto, “Everything happens for a reason,” reflects her optimistic outlook, which is complemented by her love for tackling the challenges of marketing with creative solutions. Outside of work, Melanie enjoys exploring new destinations, with Hawaii topping her vacation wish list for its endless adventures. She finds joy in the little things, like watching funny videos of dogs or spending time in the gym lifting weights. Her vibrant energy and diverse interests help to contribute to our team’s success!

Leah is a true New England spirit with a global perspective. Her philosophy? Value experiences over things. Whether she’s planning her next meal mid-bite or finding solace in the woods, Leah embraces life’s adventures with gusto. A self-proclaimed foodie, Leah’s obsession with culinary delights is only rivaled by her love for her dogs. If there was a way to make her furry friends immortal, she’d be the first to sign up!

Leah’s wanderlust has taken her across the world, including a solo backpacking adventure through Southeast Asia for six months – an accomplishment she holds dear. Yet, after all her travels, she’s concluded that there’s no place like New England. In the world of marketing and promotions, Leah thrives on the ever-evolving landscape. She brings this adaptability and zest for change to every project at The Hype Agency.
