We are excited to announce that The Hype Agency made Inavero’s 2010 Best of Staffing List!
The 2010 Best of Staffing™ Award, presented in partnership with CareerBuilder, is the nation’s only candidate satisfaction award that recognizes exceptional service within the staffing and recruiting industry. This award defines the staffing industry’s elite leaders in service quality and their commitment to candidate satisfaction. Less than 1% of all staffing firms made the final list.
This honor represents our key business philosophy and is indicative of the relationships we have with our staff, as well as our clients. Our hands on approach has proven that well informed and respected staff equals a successful promotion! Thus allowing us to provide excellent customer service and create long term partnerships with our clients.
Hype went through a rigorous candidate survey process to be considered for the award. The average Best of Staffing winner received a score of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 71 percent of their candidates. We secured our place on the winning list by obtaining at least a 44% Net Promoter Score (NPS)® for an extraordinary high level of candidate satisfaction. This score is double the national staffing industry’s Net Promoter Score benchmark for candidate satisfaction. This methodology is a standard metric for measuring satisfaction.
