Dayna Gilchrist, Co-Founder
Dayna brings significant experience in the field of experiential marketing and promotional event staffing to her position. Immediately before starting the Hype Agency, Dayna worked for a large promotional and event marketing company and was responsible for planning and implementing experiential marketing campaigns of all sizes. Her expertise is in guerrilla campaigns, event marketing, street teams, and buzz marketing. Her mission was to design an agency dedicated to becoming real partners with the individuals creating the programs.
Kate Bright, Co-Founder
Kate has managed the marketing, sales, and promotional strategies for several successful start-up companies. Her attention to detail comes from extensive experience in planning both private and large-scale events. Kate has a passion for experiential marketing and a love for all that is creative. She brings a fresh approach to the world of event staffing, with the belief that clients should be proud of the people representing their brands, 100% of the time. Kate started The Hype Agency with an “old school” approach in mind, truly taking the time to get to know Hype’s clients and talent!

Atara Oven, Account Manager
Atara works out of our East Coast office and has quickly moved up the ranks here at the Hype Agency. Dayna and Kate loved her “think out of the box” approach to work and knew from the start she would be a true asset to the Hype Team. Atara is extremely passionate about the business and truly understands the message behind each program. She is always available to her clients, as well as her staff, and works as a real partner on all her programs to deliver the best possible results in the field. Her creativity and willingness to adapt to the ever-changing world of events & promotions makes her a key member to our team. When Atara isn’t sitting behind her desk, she is either snowboarding or playing beach volleyball!!
